Roz LaNear is a vibrant creative force and proud Queens, NYC native with a gift for building, organizing, and producing experiences that move people—from church sanctuaries to live stages to digital screens. With over 20 years of experience across administration, media production, and brand activation, she brings equal parts heart, hustle, and Holy Spirit to every space she steps into.

By day, she serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Students at Chaminade High School, where she also co-leads the Drama Club. On Sundays, she's the Director of Production and a Minister in Training at Christ Nation Church, leading livestreams and crafting worship experiences that uplift and inspire.

As the founder of RozLaVelle Creative, she offers remote administrative services and creative support to faith-based leaders, visionaries, and brands. Her work reflects a deep commitment to excellence, clarity, and connection—with a signature vibe that's both professional and powerfully personal.
